ADDENDUM #13E, add the following clarification:
College Division is a separate Category and awards will be provided at State SCTP Championships. If an Individual college student’s school does not have a college shooting program, they can participate with their past SCTP School Team as a “Collegiate” on the Team Roster. College Squads must consist of individuals from the same college. No “bump ups” allowed from a lower Division/Category, i.e. Senior Varsity, etc.
